Here for 3 days 2 nights, I would say it serve the purpose for sleeping for the night and locations is good, like walking distance to LRT and also KL Sentral. Price is good too, very value for money. This isn’t like a 5-star hotel so don’t expect that kind of luxury rooms or buffet. But the hospitality and friendliness of the staff really would have me come back when I am in town.

Great location — right at the train station. And there’s even a “rooftop wildlife experience” included… rats running around for free 😂 5 stars for the unexpected safari!

While the hotel's location right next to the train station is very convenient, there is a major issue with the rooms. The doors and windows are outdated and provide zero soundproofing. We could clearly hear the station announcements at 11:30 PM and 6:30 AM, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. I'm sharing this so future travelers can plan accordingly and the hotel can look into upgrades.

I've been to over 40 countries, but this is the worst hotel experience I've ever had. We were lied to.
In September 2025, we booked a Deluxe Family Room, but were told, "The room needs repairs and is unavailable. We'd like you to stay in a lower-class room. We won't refund the difference." When we declined, they offered to introduce us to a nearby affiliated hotel. They took us to that hotel, and we asked to see the room before checking in. They showed us the room, which was pretty awful. It was very small and dirty, with stained and yellowed sheets and pillowcases. Even on the way to our room, there was construction going on everywhere, including in the hallway, so it was strange that this hotel was still open. I felt like I would get sick if I stayed in this room, so I declined again. When I returned to Easy Hotel and went upstairs to see the new room, I ran into a hotel staff member who was cleaning. When we told them, "We had reserved a Deluxe Family Room, but it seems we can't stay," they replied, "There are three Deluxe Family Rooms available, and they're already occupied." They then opened the doors to all three rooms for us to see. The guests were out in all three rooms, but there were still luggage and shoes there. They had already booked our room, but they lied to us, claiming the room was under repair, and tried to give us a lower-class room for the same price. I think they assumed we wouldn't be pushy.
Up until then, they had repeatedly said they wouldn't offer refunds, but once they found out the truth, they offered to refund the difference.
In the end, we stayed in what I think was a Deluxe Queen Room, but it was tiny and not at all deluxe. There was no space to open our suitcases. The bath towels were tattered. The door to our room resembled the door to the emergency staircase. The Deluxe Family Room the staff showed us looked spacious and comfortable, so we were shocked by the difference.

Location: the location is perfect. It’s near the train station and the Nu Sentral Mall. The bus station to Genting is also near. There’s an ABC Bistro at the back, and a laundry shop. Both are open 24/7. There are convenient stores outside. The place is very nice if you want to go around KL.
Place/Ambiance: it’s a busy place with bustling crowds. Expect it to be a bit noisy even at night or in the wee hours of the morning. The hotel is basic, functional, and clean. The halls are kept clean and bright.
Price: the price is reasonable. Cheap for the location and the function and cleanliness
Rooms: the room has just enough space for the bed, a night stand, and a small closet. We kept the luggages closed so that we can move around. The room is clean and well-lighted. Adequate for sleeping. The sink is outside. And the comfort room contains the toilet and the shower. It may get wet inside.
Service: the service is noteworthy. Room cleaning is done regularly. They have available water at the 5th floor. The front desk is always warm and welcoming, even if we arrived at 4am.
Overall, if I would visit KL next time on a budget, I would come back here again.

Absolutely a wonderful place to be in ,while in KL. Super duper helpful staff ..The whole experience was awesome! Right from the booking with Mr Rana, then with Bicky, Tushar, Fara and all the rest , always ready to help, guide and every member of the team were always willing to help. The room was cleaned excellently every day. The location is mind-blowing..bang below Brickfield mono rail station 😋 opposite the NU mall..and of course less than 6 mins walk from KL Sentral,the hub for all train networks. Food , delicious food next door and Little India a mere 10 min walk away.. Will definitely visit the hotel again and recommend it to one and all, especially those on a budget too..

I stayed here for a few days a few months back. The room is a bit small but reasonable considering the price. The service here is top notch. They greet you when you enter/leave, and even opens the door for you. Even the cleaning staffs will greet you too if they meet you in the corridor. During the check-in process, they will serve you lemon water while you're waiting. Daily room cleaning is provided, and toilet paper rolls and soap are refilled once finished. I accidentally dirtied the bed sheet, they even went to the extent of replacing a new one for me during the daily room cleaning. This hotel is of super great value. 10/10 rating. Also has convenient access to NU Sentral and KL Sentral, with a few convenience shops nearby. Highly recommend this hotel.

As someone who needs to catch an early morning flight out of KLIA, this Hotel was quite a lifesaver in allowing me to rest up relatively well.
Staff was very courteous and friendly, ready to assist with anything. The rooftop lounge is a nice small place to hang out, too.
Room was basic yet pretty smartly designed, clean and having everything I need for a well-earned rest after a convention, for the pricing offered especially. Even so, the AC wasn't very cool at all and the beds were on the rather small side, which perhaps could be improved. For one night before I leave for the Airport via KLIA expres tho, it was worth it

Great location—super close to KL Sentral and the Monorail, so getting around KL was really easy. There’s also a convenience store nearby and a 24-hour restaurant right downstairs, which was super handy.
Check-in is supposed to be at 2 PM, but I arrived around 11 AM and they let me check in early, which I really appreciated. The staff were all very friendly and always greeted me. Special shout-out to the guy at the reception (I forgot to get his name) who was always cheerful and full of smiles.
Overall, really good value for money. I’d definitely stay here again on my next trip to KL!
